General questions about Premium Memberships?

For questions about our Premium Membership, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected]. We are more than happy to assist you with any question you may have. In order for you to receive the best customer service possible, we answer each question individually. Please keep in mind as a result of answering all emails personally it may take up to 2 business days for you to receive a response.

Question about extending a Premium Membership?

In order to use our Premium Membership without interruption, your subscription will automatically renew itself. Please note you can only cancel your membership within the cancellation periods as stated in the terms & conditions.

If you're willing to cancel a Trial Membership the terms state the deadline to do so is up to 24 hours before the contract expires. As a result, you are able to enjoy your Trial Membership as long as possible.

The cancellation period for Premium Membership packages lasting longer than one month is 10 days including one month packages. Please keep in mind that a termination may take place only within the time limits and can only be arranged via email. A basic package must be cancelled 10 days before the end of the subscription, otherwise it will be automatically renewed. A right of withdrawal is not possible for an extension. Where do I find the general terms and conditions?

You can view the terms & conditions by clicking on the link "GTC" at the bottom of the page. When you sign up for a Premium Membership you will receive the complete legal documentation via e-mail. If you have any questions for us, please contact our customer service representatives, who will be glad to assist you with questions or solve any issues you may be having. Questions about deleting your profile?

If you want to delete your profile, you can do so automatically by using our contact form. The contact form can be located on the "Contact Information" page by clicking the link at the bottom of the page. If you are a Premium Member and want to close your account please note that you need to check the terms and conditions to make sure your profile will be deleted. If you have any further questions about our service, please contact customer service and they will be happy to help you.

Questions about canceling your Premium Membership?

If you want to cancel your Premium Membership please be sure to check the terms & conditions of your membership before terminating it. You can check how long your cancellation period is in our terms & conditions as well as our help section. In order to ensure a smooth and secure termination process, we prefer that you view the Contact Form on the "Contact Information" page. This will give you all of the accepted ways to cancel your Premium Membership. You will also find all of the current contact details on the "Contact Information" page.

Which Premium Membership package is right for me?

Under "Become a Premium Member" you can choose a subscription package lasting 7 days to 6 months. With a purchase of a trial package you receive 7 days to try out all the benefits of what a Premium Membership offers. If you would like to continue using our service after your current subscription runs out, you do not have to do anything. Your Membership will be automatically renewed as a “Basic Membership" so you can continue to use all the functions of our site without any interruption.

What happens when I get a payment reminder?

You have received a payment reminder from www.badults.co.nz which prompts you to resolves any issues with your account information. In most cases this is an issue with your bank and can be resolved with them. Which payment methods are available?

Registering with www.badults.co.nz is free. To gain access to Premium services you need to select the Premium Membership package and pay the associated monthly fee. You can pay with both credit and debit cards.

How can I contact customer service?

We offer our Premium Members the opportunity to ask questions through our telephone hotline which can be reached at: 00800-99-99-99-00 (toll free from landline phones). Please note the service is only available from Monday to Friday beetween 10AM and 6PM. During this time we are happy to assist with your questions or concerns. You may also e-mail [email protected]. Processing of your e-mail can take up to 48 hours.
