What do I need to do in order to register?

To register, only a valid email address is required. If you have completed everything in the registration form and have sent it to us, then you will receive an email from us which contains a link you need to click in order to activate your membership. To complete your registration on www.badults.co.nz, click on the upper right corner on the www.badults.co.nz homepage and enter your username and password. If you didn’t receive the activation email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Why can't I log in?

You can’t log onto www.badults.co.nz with your login details but you think you’ve typed everything correctly into the login box? Check that the spelling is correct and that you’re using the correct case (uppercase, lowercase). Also make sure that you didn’t accidentally enter a space in your username or password. If you’ve tried these solutions and still can’t log in, please feel free to contact customer service (toll free hotline: 00800-99-99-99-00; e-mail: [email protected]). Another solution is to delete the cookies/cache. For more information, please refer to the "Help" section and then “Technical Errors”. Did you forget your www.badults.co.nz.co.nz password and can’t log in? Click the “Forget your password?” link under the login box and follow the steps. We will send you an e-mail with your new password which you can use to log in.

Why was my postcode not accepted?

If you cannot use your postcode when registering, please note the following: due to the extensive number of postcodes, it is unfortunately not possible to include every postcode (e.g. postcodes for PO boxes) in our database. If this error occurs, please choose a postcode that’s close to where you live. Thank you for your understanding.

Which payment methods are available?

The standard registration on www.badults.co.nz is free. If you want to use our premium services, you need become a member. You can purchase a Premium Membership with credit card. Other payment options will be available in the future.
